How long is a session?
Sessions are 45 minutes to allow us enough time to disinfect the equipment and clean high traffic areas between clients.
What should I wear?
Please wear fitted workout clothes avoiding zippers, buttons and snaps, along with jewelry & hair clips as they will scratch and damage our equipment. In addition, please refrain from lotions and perfumes. We also require socks to workout in.
What if I need to cancel?
We require a 24-hour cancellation policy out of respect to other clients and instructors. If a session is missed or cancelled without enough notice, then we miss the opportunity to fill that time.
Where do I change and put my belongings?
Pleasanton Pilates provides a private changing room that has space for all your belongings.
How do group classes form?
When three or four individuals are at the same working level and the time works for all of them, a class can then be formed. Not Currently Offered.
What if I am the only one who showed up for group class?
We require at least two members of the class to be present. If you are the only one and everyone has canceled on time, then you have the option of having a private class at the price of 2 sessions from your trio package.
Do class packages expire?
Within one year of purchase. All sessions are non-refundable.
How do I sign up for classes?
Our sessions are by appointment only. Pleasanton Pilates will put you in a class that is tailored for your individual ability.
What if I am running late?

Where should I park?
You’ll find a parking lot conveniently located directly behind the building. There is some additional street parking found in front of the building.
When is the studio open?
We are open Monday-Saturday. Please contact us to make an appointment for your class.
